AGING MASTERY PROGRAM®

Five Week Session held Thursdays, October 3-31, 8:30-11:45 a.m.

Developed by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program® consists of 10 courses held over 5 weeks that combine evidence-informed materials, expert speakers, group discussions, levels of mastery and achievement, and small rewards.

The courses are designed to provide the skills and tools needed to achieve improvements in health, remaining economically secure and continuing actively in society. Aging Mastery Core Curriculum: -Navigating Longer Lives: The Basics of Aging Mastery -Medication Management -Exercise and You -Advance Planning -Healthy Eating -Falls Prevention -Sleep -Healthy Relationship -Financial Fitness ` -Community Relations.

We are currently recruiting 30 adults ages 55+ to attend each 10-week educational program. This is a wonderful opportunity for older adults to participate in, and reap the benefit of this cutting edge program. The program will be held at the Big Top Room at Oak Park Place, 800 Waldo St., Baraboo. Fee: $25.00
