Ski-Hi Brat Sales

Saturday & Sunday September 7 & 8 — Saturday & Sunday September 21 & 22

BASCO will be selling brats & hot dogs at SKI-HI Orchard for two weekends in September. This is a very popular fundraiser as visitors to Ski Hi enjoy brats as well as apples! There will be two, 2-hour shifts each day and four people are needed at each shift. There is a signup sheet at the Center.

Help is needed to bring items and setup as well as to cook and serve. If you are not able to help, please come and eat and invite your family and friends to come.

Fall harvest is coming!

Festival Committee, under the leadership of Sandy Hayes, is beginning to work on this year’s event. It will be held Thursday, October 17 from 4:00-7:00 pm. It will again be located in the Civic Center gym on the ground floor. Cost of the meal is $8.00 if purchased ahead of time, or $9.00 at the door. A spaghetti meal will be served with salad, garlic bread, drink and dessert. Along with dinner, this event will include a silent auction, raffle items, purse grab, pie sale and the popular Trips Raffle ticket sales.

We need all members to volunteer to help solicit prizes from local businesses for the silent auction and bucket drawings, to serve the food, sell tickets, donate items needed for the meal and post flyers. Please support this important fundraiser! Sign up TODAY!

Concerts on the Square

Thursdays August 1st - August 29th 5:30 - 8:30

Brat grillers are especially needed. This involves grilling the brats at your home and bringing the grilled brats to the location of the brat sale. Nescos are available to keep the brats warm.

Help also is needed to set-up, serve and take down the brat stand for Concerts on the Square. Donations of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coke, Diet Coke, Sierra Mist, Diet Sierra Mist and water will be much appreciated. Sign up sheets are at the Center.
